Division 6 soccer is a non-competitive league. Our aim is for the kids to have fun while learning soccer fundamentals and sportsmanship. Please encourage the spectators to cheer for all of the players on both teams. If you have any problems with opposing coaches, parents or referees during a game do not confront them. We ask that you contact your division director as soon as possible and let her/him address the problem. Any coaches involved in any on the field confrontation will be brought before the board for disciplinary action.

Managing this situation effectively for both teams is challenging but must be managed none-the-less. Please refer to the attached WORD Document for guidelines or contact an RSA Board member.

  • NWBSA Coach's Officiating Report
Coaches who wish to file a complaint about or to appeal the officiating or management of a game, based on specific incidents counter to the NWBSA rules and spirit of the game, as fairly and evenly interpreted, enforced, and upheld by the referees and officials, should use the attached form (officiating.doc). A referee who does receive a negative Game Officiating Report that is clear and specific will likely have his subsequent game officiating reviewed at the earliest possible opportunity by a NWBSA Board official. Note, however, that a submitted Form, complaining about or appealing a game because a referee made some faulty or inconsistent 'judgment' calls, will probably not be reviewed (and the tape will not be replayed...). Also, cards issued by the referees are not likely to be reversed by use of this form. This Form will be especially helpful in allowing the League to identify officiating issues and problems, and correcting them, as early as possible.
