Continuing Coaches Education:
The Hotspur Executive Board appreciates your time and effort and is committed to offering each of you the avenue to improve your knowledge. As a coach, you have committed yourself to lead a team by example. Just as we train our players to reinforce and teach new skills, Hotspur FC will be offering approximately 6 education sessions throughout the 2009-2010 season for our coaches. The expectation is that you should attend as many coaching education sessions as possible. To entice you, the Board is composing a program that will reward you as a coach for attending these sessions. Quickly, each coach is expected to attend a minimum of 3 sessions which will qualify them for some nice soccer related gifts (apparel, training items, etc.).
