All players trying out for Hotspur F.C. need to complete the attached Club Tryout Registration Form.
All players need to provide a 1x1 picture.
All NEW players trying out need to bring a COPY of their birth certificate.
All documentation is kept on file with the club.

This is the 2009 order form for Hotspur Pictures. In order to keep the picture taking process on time, please have this filled out PRIOR to arriving.

Coaches, attached is the newest updated match roster which you should use for all future games, if you have not done so already. It has a special section for Referee Fees and also a field for you to sign that you declare that the goals are secure.
Forms also can be found directly on the Northern Counties Website. The Rules Chairman is urging everybody to use this roster.

A tremendous amount of work is done by the HFC Board so our club teams can simply arrive on game day to each assigned field and play their games. The Club would greatly appreciate the cooperation of ALL Coaches in following the game day procedures, as outlined in the attached file regarding Corner Flags and Goals.
Please Note: If the procedures are not followed a $50.00 fine will be imposed which will be deducted from your referee reimbursement.
